Talent Match Youth Coach
£19,500 to £21,000 per annumFull time role:
37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Do you want to help young people into employment? Do you relish the challenge of being part of an exciting youth employability project that provides tailored support for young people? Do you have empathy and belief in the potential of people facing barriers to employment?
This post will involve recruiting and supporting young people with their employment goals, establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with young people, managing their recruitment and transition into work and maintaining excellent links with employers. You will also be required to generate work placement opportunities with organisations across a wide range of employment sectors.
You will need to have a proven track record of providing excellent standard of information, advice and guidance and experience of working in the employability field.
