HR and Office Administrator
£19,500 per annumFull time role:
37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
We are seeking to recruit a proactive HR and Office Administrator. Working closely with the Senior HR and Office Administrator, you will be undertaking a range of HR tasks, as well as some of the key office administrative tasks. You will provide administrative support for HR tasks including recruitment, absence monitoring, induction and maintaining the HR database. You will be part of the reception team answering calls and greeting guests. You will assist with data input for HR and Office administrative tasks including payroll and will support the management of the IT support contract.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in an HR administrative role, and experience using an HR and Payroll software is desirable as is a relevant professional qualification (CIPD) or working towards it. You will have excellent organisational and inter-personal skills, as well as being highly discrete and confidential. The role requires excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as IT skills and a methodical approach to work.
